Due to the value of my time as your stylist I am requiring a cancellation and no-show fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment, you will be automatically charged at 50% fee of the appointment(s) that you booked online. In an attempt, to stop this from happening you will receive reminders provided by Gloss Genius. Also, I (Cenzi) will try to call you ONE time to remind of your appointment after 15 minutes. If you fail to answer, the appointment with me is cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the services booked. If you are going to come but are running late, the services you booked for may not get completed fully due to the client not showing up on time. Please text or call me if you are running late.
